DELIVERY
Customer stock orders are normally dispatched as soon as we can and usually within 48 hours (excluding weekends and Bank holidays). We make every effort to dispatch as quickly as possible once a customer payment has been processed.
Our standard Free Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days (after collection from our premises) within Mainland UK* and can take up to 7 days for more remote addresses. Please allow 7 working days from the date of collection before querying a delivery. Signature upon delivery is required.
We offer an Express Delivery service at an additional cost. This usually takes 1-2 working days (depending upon the time the order is received.) Costs for this service are according to size/weight and will be shown at the checkout. Signature upon delivery is required.
Please note we do not guarantee any timescale for deliveries arriving, we can only give our best estimate of delivery times and are subject to any delays experienced by our designated shippers.
For Made to Order, Bespoke orders, Special orders or Personalised orders we will be happy to give you an estimated lead time when you place your order with us. Made to Order, Bespoke orders, Special orders or Personalised orders will be invoiced in full prior to commencing manufacture of the order and the quoted lead time will commence upon receipt of full payment of the order.
